1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Mustard Innovations & Technologies Limited (“MustardHQ”, “we”, “us”), 8 Swomen Close, Rayfield, Jos, Nigeria. By submitting an application or making a payment on this site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
2. The program
The Advanced Product Management Fellowship is 12 weeks of live online classes, followed by an 8-week studio residency. The Aviva Cohort starts on December 12, 2026. Classes run on weekends, West Africa Time, as described on the syllabus page.
We may adjust the schedule, curriculum, mentors or tools to keep the program working well. We’ll tell you about any significant change in advance. If we cancel a cohort before it starts, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid for it in full.
3. Applying and your seat
Each cohort has 25 seats. Applications close on December 10, 2026 or when the cohort is full, whichever comes first. Your seat is reserved once your payment (or deposit) is confirmed. After paying, you must complete the enrolment form we send you so we can set you up.
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. We may decline an application or cancel a seat obtained with false information; if we do, we’ll refund what you paid.
4. Fees and payment
- Prices are listed on the tuition page and charged in Nigerian naira. US dollar figures are a guide only; your bank sets the exchange rate and any card fees.
- Payments are processed by Kora (Korapay). Kora’s own terms apply to the payment itself.
- The early-bird price (₦225,000) applies to full payments made by December 10, 2026.
- On the 2-part plan, the ₦150,000 deposit reserves your seat and the ₦125,000 balance is due by Week 5. If the balance isn’t paid by then, we may pause your access to classes and the studio residency until it is.
- If your employer pays, you remain responsible for the fee if your employer doesn’t pay it.
5. Refunds
Attend Week 1. If the program isn’t right for you, email admissions@mustardhq.org within 7 days of the first class and we’ll refund what you’ve paid in full, no questions asked. After that 7-day window, fees are non-refundable, except where we cancel your cohort or the law requires otherwise. Refunds go back to the account or card you paid from.
6. Taking part
- Treat mentors, staff and other fellows with respect. Harassment, discrimination or abuse in classes, Slack or the WhatsApp group can lead to removal from the program without a refund.
- Live sessions are recorded and shared with your cohort. By joining a session, you agree to being recorded.
- Keep confidential anything you learn about MustardHQ clients or other fellows’ projects during the residency.
7. Certificate
You receive the MustardHQ Fellowship Certificate when you complete the core deliverables, the sprint work and your capstone presentation. We decide whether the requirements have been met.
8. Course materials and your work
Slides, recordings, templates and other course materials belong to MustardHQ. You may use them for your own learning and work, but not share, resell or republish them.
Your own assignments are yours. Work produced in the studio residency is built with MustardHQ designers and engineers, often for a client or MustardHQ project; who owns it is agreed for each project before the residency starts. You may always describe your role and show non-confidential parts of the work in your portfolio.
9. Our responsibility to you
We’ll deliver the program with reasonable care and skill. We can’t guarantee a job, promotion or particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply to future applications and payments; we’ll tell enrolled fellows about anything that affects their current cohort.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
